We’re looking for a hands‑on Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of embedded software engineers while remaining actively involved in product development, architecture, and technical decision‑making. This role offers the opportunity to shape next‑generation products, influence technology direction, and work across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to bring new solutions to market. Working with proprietary software, full life‑cycle software development for programs that are literally seen by millions of people around the world every day.

- 10+ years of embedded software development experience
- Strong C++ background
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows embedded systems
- Leadership experience, whether formal management or technical/project leadership
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
