• SQL & NoSQL databases
• CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices
• Automated testing & infrastructure as code
• Team mentoring & coaching
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor's in CS, Engineering or related

• Technical leadership & architectural guidance
• Hands-on development with GenAI acceleration
• Code generation, refactoring & test automation using GenAI
• Agentic AI for code reviews, regression detection
• Sprint planning & stakeholder management
• Security, performance & quality enforcement

• Enterprise architecture standardization
• Global delivery environment experience
• Observability & monitoring practices
