Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our core applications. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end feature development, write clean and maintainable code, and collaborate across teams to solve complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Feature Development: Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable software features across the entire application lifecycle.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while strictly adhering to modern coding standards and security best practices.
- Code Reviews: Actively participate in peer code reviews to maintain high quality, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and resolve high-priority production bugs, system bottlenecks, and performance anomalies.
- System Integration: Build and maintain efficient, secure API integrations and optimize database queries for maximum speed and reliability.
- Agile Execution: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and estimation sessions to ensure consistent, predictable product delivery.
Qualifications:
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in modern programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or Go.
- Frameworks & Databases: Solid experience with relational or non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and modern development frameworks.
- Tooling: Full competence with version control systems (Git), CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, and container tools like Docker.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex logical problems, break down business requirements into technical steps, and execute them independently.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration in engineering teams.
