As a Software Engineer - Senior Associate (Python Javascript), you will focus on developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. In this role, you will design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Developing software solutions that support digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing modules, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing Java, Python, and JavaScript to create scalable and efficient software systems
- Building scalable full-stack solutions using Java, Python, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Angular and React, while developing APIs and microservices for integrated software systems
- Applying working knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and AI Services (Azure Functions, Agentic AI Services) to support cloud-native development patterns
- Developing API integrations and working with microservices to support seamless application functionality
- Designing scalable data models and optimizing database interactions using SQL and modern data storage technologies.
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Applying branching, code review, and version control best practices to support team delivery
- Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional software designs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through software solutions
- Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to optimize system performance
- Applying Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles to develop robust software architectures
- Engaging in business requirements analysis to align software development with client needs
- Drives clarity in moderately ambiguous situations by gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing solution options.
- Demonstrating learning agility and adapting to evolving project demands
- Mentoring junior developers and demonstrating learning agility while guiding adoption of new technologies and AI-assisted development practices
What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in software engineering or related technology roles.
