Are you an early-career software engineer who embraces AI as part of your daily development workflow?
BRYCER is looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and help shape the future of The Compliance Engine (TCE).
We're looking for someone who has:
* 1–2 years of professional software development experience
* Experience building modern front-end user interfaces with a strong UI/UX mindset
* Strong C#/.NET development skills
* An AI-first mindset—leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to accelerate learning, coding, testing, and problem-solving
* A passion for building software that makes a real-world impact
This is an opportunity to work on a modern SaaS platform serving the fire and life safety industry while collaborating with a team that values innovation, continuous learning, and great user experiences.
Location: Lisle, IL
