About the Role : Responsibilities :- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python - Support systems-level initiatives to improve scalability, observability, and resilience- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations that power core products- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact features- Contribute to the evolution of backend architecture and cloud infrastructure Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 1-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer - Strong experience developing backend systems in Python - Solid understanding of infrastructure, systems design, and cloud-native tooling - Familiarity with SQL and modern data tools- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of technical challenges Preferred Experience :- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , BigQuery , or DBT - Exposure to AI/ML , especially in production environments- Willingness to assist occasionally with internal IT tasks (e.g., device setup, basic troubleshooting) Tech Stack :- Languages & Tools :Python, SQL, DBT- Cloud :Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Firebase, etc.)- Frontend :Flutter (mobile), Next.js (web) Benefits & Why Join : Work with Purpose :Contribute to solutions that make a measurable difference in animal welfare and agricultural sustainability.
