Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software solutions using C and C++ with a focus on design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Work with Hardware Description Languages including Verilog, System Verilog, and VHDL to create robust EDA tools
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that address real-world challenges
- Contribute to code quality through peer reviews and consistency to guidelines
- Participate in technical discussions and share knowledge with team members
- Support the development and maintenance of EDA software across multiple platforms
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized engineering institution
- At least 2 years of Industry experience with proficiency in C or C++ programming with understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Working knowledge of at least one Hardware Description Language: Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively in team environments
- Verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Perforce
- Understanding of gate-level digital logic design
- Experience in EDA software development
- Experience with parallel algorithms or job distribution
