Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software for satellite space mission systems throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.
-
Develops, maintains, enhances, and optimizes software products and functionalities for systems integrations.
-
Develops, documents, and maintains architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software products.
-
Participates in the agile software development lifecycle including planning, reviews, and supporting customer meetings.

Debugs and resolves issues to ensure reliability and efficiency of software products.
-
Performs software development, participates in code reviews, and adheres to guidance on software standards and design principles.
-
Implements current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and changes in regulations relevant to software development.
-
Develops, establishes, monitors, and improves software processes, tools, and key performance metrics.
-
Executes and documents software research and development projects.
-
Advises on software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulations.
Requirements:
-
Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.
-
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
-
Bachelor's Degree.
-
5+ years of experience in software development.
-
Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
-
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and system-level validation in complex software environments.
-
5+ years of experience developing complex software applications and algorithmic solutions.
-
5+ years of experience leading software development projects.
-
Experience with modern programming and scripting languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, and Visual Basic.

1+ years of experience in a cloud computing environment including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
-
Knowledge of software architecture and design methodologies with ability to synthesize architectures and designs that meet requirements, characteristics, and constraints.
