Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Software Engineer (Full Stack - Backend Focus) on behalf of our client in a remote setting. This role is ideal for a skilled software engineer with experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications in an Agile environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, experience with modern programming languages and cloud technologies, and a passion for building reliable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability software applications.

Create technical designs and engineering specifications for enterprise solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established development standards and best practices.

Perform code reviews and contribute to overall software quality and technical excellence.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.

Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks while providing accurate effort estimates.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues.

Monitor project progress, communicate risks, and ensure timely delivery of development objectives.

Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience designing and developing scalable, highly available software applications.

3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language such as:
