Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Level V - Java + React
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable user interfaces for modern web applications.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and a proven track record of delivering performant, maintainable front-end solutions in complex, large-scale environments.
Also experienced with Java and Spring Boot on the backend so he can bring both Frontend and Backend components together.
Responsibility
Strong English speaking skills are required for this role as they will be guiding and problem solving with other team members.
Manage standups, JIRA, team updates, stakeholder management to understand requirements and lead junior engineers.
Design, development, testing, documentation, data analysis, on-call support during working hours.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced software systems while adhering to high standards for code quality, testing, and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
Tech Lead/Sr.
Engineering -> 10+ years of hands‐on experience in software development, with expertise in system design, architecture, and building enterprise‐level applications.
Software Development Languages
Proficiency: Java (required), React (required)
Frameworks: Spring Boot
RESTful architecture and microservices
Messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Kubernetes, Lambda (preferred)
CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Terraform)
Test automation (Unit, Integration, Regression, Load)
Experience in relational & non‐relational databases such as PostGres, Dynamo
Logging and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Splunk)
