About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, systems, and customer impact.
This is a true full-stack engineering role with significant ownership. You'll work directly with end users to understand operational challenges, design scalable solutions, and build the software that powers mission-critical workflows. From backend services and distributed systems to internal tools and customer-facing applications, you'll own projects from concept to deployment.
You'll collaborate closely with customers, partners, and fellow engineers to build highly reliable software that solves complex real-world problems at scale.
What You'll Do- Design, build, test, and maintain critical product features end-to-endDevelop robust backend services, APIs, internal tools, and customer-facing applications.
- Work with real-time operational data to deliver highly performant, reliable user expe riences.
- Partner directly with users to understand workflows, edge cases, and operational cons traintsDesign and implement scalable systems capable of supporting high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
- Improve platform reliability through testing, monitoring, observability, and automation.
- Contribute to architecture decisions across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data systems.
- Help establish engineering best practices around code quality, CI/CD, scalability, and securityDrive technical initiatives from requirements through production deployment
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience building production software as a Full-Stack, Software, Platform, or Data Engineer
- Experience designing and operating modern distributed systems
- Strong familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and scalable architectures
