JOB OVERVIEW
The company (OPG) is seeking a high-performing, product-minded Software Engineer, Full Stack to help design and deliver modern, scalable software solutions that power critical business capabilities. This role is ideal for an engineer who combines strong hands‑on technical depth with sound judgment, a bias for action, and a commitment to engineering excellence.
Reporting to the Manager, IT Product Delivery, you will play a key role in building and evolving enterprise applications across the full stack, with a primary focus on frontend development using React and TypeScript and backend services built with .NET 10 and C#. You will partner closely with product, design, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
The successful candidate is a strong collaborator who can independently drive delivery, contribute to architecture and design decisions, raise the quality bar through code reviews and best practices, and continuously improve team velocity, system performance, and developer experience. Experience with Azure and cloud‑native patterns is considered a strong asset.
