Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications using .NET and React.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and low-level design (LLD) activities.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and industry best practices.
- Design and implement event-driven integration patterns and messaging solutions.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Implement workflow automation, orchestration, and process digitisation solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
- Support CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, testing, release management, and production support activities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering team members.
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in enterprise-scale full stack development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with .NET/.NET Core, C#, React.js, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
- Proven track record delivering solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience designing and building cloud-native applications on AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and ECS/EKS.
- Deep understanding of API design, integration patterns, service-oriented architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience implementing event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using technologies such as Kafka, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, or IBM MQ.
- Strong knowledge of API security, authentication, authorisation, and enterprise integration security practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated deployments, release management, and environment management.
- Experience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other enterprise relational databases.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Exposure to large-scale transformation programs in banking, financial services, government, workflow automation, or digital service environments.
