Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Development (30%):- Build robust backend services and APIs using C# and Python, ensuring high performance and scalability.-
- Database Management (20%):
- Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries in SQL Server and Postgres.- Implement data storage, retrieval, and migration solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.- Collaborate with data engineering teams to support advanced analytics and reporting requirements.- Cloud and DevOps (20%):- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments in cloud environments.-
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving (15%):
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure coding standards and best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.- Continuous Improvement (15%):
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development and cloud computing.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of the tech stack.- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.- Proven experience with Angular, Vue, or Blazor for frontend development.- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, C#, and Python.- Proficiency in database design and optimization with SQL Server and Postgres.-
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (e.g., OAuth, JWT).- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or finance is a plus.
