Full Stack Senior Software Engineer – Vancouver, Canada
Press Ganey currently has an exciting opportunity for a full stack Senior Software Engineer in our offices in Vancouver, Canada. This role will support our client‑facing iRound product, which is a part of our patient experience organization. Duties & Responsibilities
Design, document and implement full stack projects from UI, backend and database perspectives. Perform systems analysis and design; prepare functional and technical specifications based on requirements and research. Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and processes, recommending changes when necessary. Participate in iteration and release planning. Adhere to core design and testing principles and update design specifications as needed. Document supporting materials. Prepare work for inclusion in the release/deployment management process. Participate in peer technical reviews and troubleshoot identified problems, providing support and follow‑up. Complete assigned design tasks within the allotted time. Mentor other software developers and coordinate with IT and business teams. Train developers on standards, policies, and procedures; coordinate issue resolution processes. Qualifications
Experience and desire to build software using modern AI tools such as Copilot or Windsurf. Effective verbal and written communication skills with individuals and larger groups. Analytical and creative thinker. Strong organizational skills, able to work independently and collaboratively. 4+ years of building software solutions with Microsoft technologies. 1+ year of developing applications in React UI or other modern HTML UI frameworks. Experience with .NET Framework, C#, Web API 1 & 2, Entity Framework, .NET Core. Front‑end interface technologies: React UI, JavaScript, SASS, CSS. Database technologies: Microsoft SQL Server (SQL) and MongoDB (non‑SQL). Asynchronous messaging technologies: RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus. Automation testing technologies: Java and Selenium. Experience supporting mission‑critical production applications deployed in Microsoft Azure. Experience writing code for unit testing and automation testing. Experience with continuous integration and automating build and deployment processes. Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Pay & Benefits
Salary range: $110,000 to $140,000. In addition to base salary, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus or commission tied to results. Competitive benefits and other compensation are provided.
