You will join a collaborative full-stack engineering team dedicated to building scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud-native applications. The team works primarily with .NET (C#), Angular, DocumentDB, and AWS to deliver reliable products that support core business needs. We operate in an agile environment, partnering closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional groups to translate business goals into impactful technical solutions. The team values clean code, continuous learning, and modern engineering practices including code reviews, CI/CD, and test automation. We foster a culture of ownership, open communication, and knowledge sharing, where engineers are empowered to innovate, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor others as they grow.
About the Position As a Senior Engineer, you are a skilled and experienced full stack developer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering quality software, and collaborating closely with teammates. You bring strong coding, debugging, and system design skills across both backend and frontend technologies.You have a deep understanding of .NET (C#) and Angular, and you are comfortable working in cloud-native environments, particularly on AWS. You think critically about architecture and design, balancing performance, scalability, and maintainability.
You’re a strong communicator and collaborator — able to explain your decisions clearly, review others’ code thoughtfully, and contribute meaningfully to discussions about system design and product direction. You take pride in writing clean, efficient, and testable code, and you enjoy mentoring others when opportunities arise.
You see the big picture but aren’t afraid to dive deep into the details to debug tough issues and deliver elegant, practical solutions. Role and Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain full stack software solutions using .NET (C#) for backend services, Angular for front-end applications, and DocumentDB for data storage.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software that meets performance and security standards.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to modern software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to cloud-native architectures, deploying and maintaining applications in AWS (experience with Azure or GCP also valued).
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Debug and resolve complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.
• Collaborate in CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI or similar tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions, bringing forward innovative ideas to improve systems and processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to strengthen the overall technical capability of the team. About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and Angular, with a deep understanding of modern development frameworks and tools. • Experience with cloud-native development and deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Familiarity with DocumentDB, SQL, or other modern database technologies. • Strong grasp of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and API development. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git). • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional agile teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade or financial systems. • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Exposure to test automation and continuous integration best practices. • Passion for mentoring peers and contributing to team-wide engineering improvements. • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
