Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of the systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, other engineers, and customer success teams to build the best user experience, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Drive technical innovation and improvements across the development team.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Participate in and influence all phases of the development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Advocate for and implement continuous improvement in the development processes and practices.
Requirements :
Technical Skills :
- Strong Computer Science and Software Engineering background.
- Proven experience in architecting and building highly scalable RESTful web services and APIs. Advanced expertise in

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6 and higher).
- In-depth knowledge of front-end frameworks such as
- (1-4), React, *, etc.
- Experience with preprocessor stylesheet languages like Sass & Less.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in event-driven service architectures.
- Experience with message queueing technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka).
