They offer a Saa S platform with automation tools powered by software and AI for businesses. With exponential growth, they are expanding into international markets.The role includes:Designing and leading the implementation of complex full-stack architecturesEnsuring seamless integration between frontend and backend, optimizing performance and user experienceTaking technical ownership of critical projects and coordinating with other technical leadersEvaluating, selecting, and integrating new technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovationCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams (design, product, QA, Dev Ops) to meet business and technical goalsImplementing automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure code quality and system reliabilityManaging and optimizing containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)Must haves:Proven experience infull-stack developmentusingNode.Js, Python, React, and Type ScriptStrong knowledge ofrelational databases (SQL)andNo SQL databases (Mongo DB, Dynamo DB, etc.)Experience designing, consuming, and maintainingRESTful APIs and Graph QLHands-on experience withversion control systems (Git)andcontinuous integration toolsExperience withCI/CD pipelinesandagile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Soft Skills:Strongproblem-solving mindsetwith ownership of technical challengesExcellentcommunication and leadership skills, capable of guiding discussions and mentoringAbility to work infast-paced environmentssuch as startups and scale-upsPassion forinnovationand exploring new technologiesWe offer:Attractive packages based on skills and experienceChallenging environment with daily opportunities to solve problemsA dynamic, high-paced workspace for professional growth and development
