About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Fullstack Engineer
to join a collaborative, fast-paced engineering team.
In this role, you'll take ownership of key product and infrastructure initiatives that drive scalability, performance, and user experience across a growing digital platform.
You'll work hands-on across the stack— from React and Next.js frontends to Python APIs—while shaping the future of the fullstack architecture.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web interfaces using
React
and
Next.js
Build and extend
Python
-based APIs and data-driven backend services
Lead initiatives to improve scalability, observability, and system resilience
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and customer success
Mentor teammates and contribute to the evolution of the fullstack architecture
Occasionally assist with internal IT or infrastructure-related tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years
of professional experience in software engineering
2+ years
of hands-on experience with
React
and
Next.js
Proven ability to design and maintain production-grade APIs using
Python
Strong understanding of
systems design, cloud-native environments,
and
infrastructure automation
Proficiency in
SQL
and data modeling
Proactive mindset with strong ownership, collaboration, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with
Zustand
,
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
, or
Vercel
Exposure to
AI/ML systems
, particularly in production environments
Experience with
Flutter
or cross-platform mobile frameworks
Comfort assisting with occasional internal IT tasks (e.g., device setup, troubleshooting)
