About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GitLab CI/CD Engineer with strong Python expertise to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. The role involves driving automation, improving development workflows, and ensuring reliable and efficient software delivery across teams.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD

Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, tooling, and workflow optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CI/CD efficiency and developer productivity

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve pipeline and automation issues

Drive best practices for CI/CD, automation, and DevOps processes

Continuously evaluate and enhance build, test, and deployment strategies

Bonus Points if You Have

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Familiarity with testing frameworks, test automation, and TDD practices

Experience with monitoring and logging tools e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

What Makes You Eligible

6–9 years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and Python development

Strong hands-on expertise in GitLab CI/CD (pipelines, runners, YAML)

Solid Python programming skills for automation and tooling

Experience working with DevOps tools, practices, and workflows

Good communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple teams
