Role Description: Seeking a Lead Software Engineer with strong experience in building enterprise backend solutions to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable and secure applications. The role requires technical leadership, architecture guidance, mentoring teams, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise APIs and backend solutions while driving technical excellence and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to define solutions, resolve technical challenges, and support successful delivery.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, performance optimization, and mentoring of development teams.
