As the SAP System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, Coding, Configuration, implementation, and ongoing implementation of SAP solutions, Integrating Ariba solutions, providing real-time data visibility to drive business decisions.
Lead the design and development of SAP PTP and Ariba solutions, including configurations and enhancements to meet business requirements.
Oversee data integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Retail, and other systems to ensure accurate and comprehensive data across sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP PTP environment to better support business objectives and operations.
Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and user support.
Work closely with business stakeholders and Cross Functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP PTP solutions.
Manage and optimize the integration of SAP PTP and Ariba with other SAP modules systems.
Establish and maintain architecture standards for SAP PTP, including security, scalability, and maintainability.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring robust and efficient operation of SAP PTP applications.
Develop and deliver training for end-users and document configurations and processes to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.
Status Reporting – Manage project/program status reporting by pairing with Program Managers for updates.
Design, configuration, and test developed solutions and collaborate with agile team peers on the scope of the solution set in a cohesive end to end delivered solution.
Provide application support after go-live.
SAP or Ariba certification is an advantage
Serve as the SAP functional and technical expert in PTP for the company by possessing a deep and comprehensive knowledge of PTP and related tools/systems. Develop and implement PTP policies and procedures, mitigating risk and ensuring adherence to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Experience in SAP BTP tools and services, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP HANA, ABAP, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform SDKs. Integration between SAP and Non-SAP System using SAP integration
At least 10 years of relevant experience with SAP ABAP
Implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP PTP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Financial Accounting (FI/CO).
Oversee seamless integration between SAP and Ariba solutions, ensuring optimal performance for sourcing, procurement, and invoicing.
Manage the integration of SAP with Ariba solutions, including Ariba Network, Ariba Sourcing, and Ariba Procure-to-Pay modules.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize procurement and supplier collaboration through Ariba
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations using S/4 HANA
S4 HANA implementation experience
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Information Technology or related field required
Design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and PTP solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with Ariba.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Hands-on expertise in implementing, designing, documenting, and optimizing efficient Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes such as supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchasing, receiving, invoice processing, and payments.
Ability to lead a team of resources
