About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Java Full-Stack Developer to join the Platform Management Center of Excellence, within Enterprise Functions Technology.(EFT) focuses on scaled horizontal enterprise solutions that are stable, secure, and always on. This role will work closely with peer custom developers, site reliability, data and automation engineers within EFT supporting multiple technology divisions. We believe that "Hope is not a Strategy" and we solve operational issues through code.
The ideal candidate will have Full Stack Java development (software engineering) experience and enjoys and thrives on solving complex problems through innovation while influencing change at scale in a diverse environment.
You will join a focused team of developers and peer engineers introducing and advancing enterprise technology solutions across several hundred applications within EFT. You will specifically design and implement custom solutions aimed at closing current gaps or increasing efficiencies at broad scale with a focus on enhanced Operations. Additional scope includes enabling new tooling and integrating technology to drive meaningful and iterative solutions in a dynamic agile environment for enhanced observability, enhanced analytics, and delivering for matrixed customers.
