Senior Software / Product Engineer
Backend or Full Stack
A high-growth technology company is looking for a senior engineer to help build and evolve a modern product platform used heavily by real-world customers.
This role suits someone who enjoys operating close to product, users, and decision-making — not just writing code from tickets.
You’ll be joining a small, high-performing engineering team where ownership is expected. Engineers here are trusted to solve problems properly, contribute to product direction, and build scalable systems that directly impact the customer experience.
We’re looking for people who:
- Come from strong product or startup environments
- Have built and shipped production features independently
- Care about UX and how software feels for end users
- Still enjoy being highly hands-on technically
- Thrive in fast-moving teams with high ownership
Strong experience across Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, APIs, and modern backend architecture is important.
