We engineer advanced, automated electronic trading applications by partnering directly with front‑office stakeholders. In this role, you design secure and reliable software capable of supporting latency‑sensitive trading algorithms.

Responsibilities
Oversee projects and drive deliverables for latency‑sensitive trading algorithms
Design, develop and maintain front‑office trading applications
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into effective technical solutions
Apply comprehensive software engineering practices to ensure solutions are secure, reliable and compliant
Advance quoting applications by integrating observability, monitoring production health and resolving incidents
Address root causes of risks and share technical expertise across the global team
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Java with a strong interest in learning new technologies and methodologies
Background in a front‑office environment with direct business stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with real‑time trading platforms, including warrants, listed options, futures, market making and market links
Clear communication for cultivating strong internal client relationships
Strong organizational capabilities for managing multiple tasks concurrently under pressure
Adaptability to handle daily changes in business requirements
Commitment to teamwork and collaborative problem‑solving
