We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications in our Global Wealth Management Technology (GWMT) organization. In this role, you will:
Lead the design and architecture of complex, distributed full stack systems, utilizing modern technologies and practices to improve production support efforts, reduce operational costs, and improve security, availability, and reliability of overall business systems.
Set technical standards and best practices across teams
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to senior and junior engineers
Help drive strategy to transform current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business needs.
Champions a customer-focused and high-performing culture and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
The role requires interaction with business and technology leadership, consequently effective communications commensurate with the audience and the ability to promote an idea and gain consensus is critical.
Required Qualifications:
6+ year experience of developing enterprise, cloud native, message driven, test driven, reactive, containerized applications.
Previous exposure to the banking industry/financial services is preferred
version control tools, like Git, SVN, Bitbucket
well-rounded knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
Familiar with software security tools like BlackDuck, Fortify and SonarQube
well-rounded knowledge different JAVA based framework/libs, such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, JDBC, Junit, Apache-Camel, Azure SDK
Nice to Have – AI & Machine Learning Experience:
Experience implementing AI/ML capabilities into production applications
Hands‑on experience with AI APIS and platforms (e.g OpenAI, Anthropic)
Working knowledge of building or consuming LLM‑powered features (chat, search, summarization, recommandations).
