* Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud platform services and microservices
* Lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions using modern engineering
* Build and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and performance
* Drive continuous improvement by proactively managing technical debt, system scalability, and operational risks
* Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality initiatives
* Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions
* Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and technical excellence

Profile
A successful Lead Software Engineer should have:
* Over 8 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications
* Strong hands-on experience with Java (17+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
* Solid experience designing and operating applications on AWS cloud platforms
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)/ Terraform
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
