We're seeking engineers to utilize advanced technology in agile settings, with a focus on improving the customer experience for every collector.Position OverviewWe are looking for backend software engineers who can build versatile and scalable backend architectures that can support a wide range of experiences for collectors who are trying to research, grade, and sell their collectibles.
Your work will directly help improve collectors' enjoyment of the hobby and make it easier for new users to get started with the services that we offer.What You'll Do:Contribute to the design and development of new cloud-based software architecturesOwn and deliver complete features, including design, architecture, implementation, testability and deploymentProvide feedback pertaining to technical designs, proposals and codeParticipate across the entire software development lifecycle, taking features from concept to production releaseCollaboratively create solutions with other teamsTroubleshoot software issues and debug a large codebaseDevelop and execute unit and integration testsContribute to technical documentation to increase maintainability of software assetsWho You Are:5+ years of software engineering industry experience building backend software, with exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, and batch processing4+ years experience / strong proficiency in Node.Js & TypeScript4+ years experience / strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot frameworkStrong fundamentals working with databases and data modeling, both relational (e.G. PostgreSQL) & NoSQL (e.G. DynamoDB)Experience with containerization and orchestration infrastructure (e.G.
