We’re partnering with a well regarded organisation delivering modern, scalable digital solutions. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a junior - mid level Software Engineer with strong React and some back end Java capability to join a high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and developing Java-based microservices in a cloud-enabled environment
- Building and enhancing modern web applications using React
- Developing and maintaining APIs and integration layers
- Working across the full software lifecycle, from design through to deployment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
What we’re looking for
- Front end experience with ReactJS, Redux, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery
- Experience in Java (Java 8+), including microservices development
- Experience with Spring frameworks and integration tools (e.g. Camel)
- Solid understanding of J2EE / EJB environments
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito or similar)
- Database experience with PostgreSQL
