What you’ll do
Senior Software Engineer, Milan tech hub – Continuity of Care technology.
Extract the Patient Base Capability from the monolith to an isolated service and add new functionalities to the doctor‑to‑patient communication engine. Work with the product manager, code, deploy, and receive feedback from users.
Daily schedule:
- 60% on designing and implementing new features, according to the roadmap.
- 20% on technical tasks (stability, security, technical debt).
- 20% on bug fixes to maintain a healthy platform.
Who you are

- Comfortable with English, as our team is international.
- Solid software development experience, with technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails. Your main expertise is on the backend.
- Experience working with large distributed systems.
