OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and AWS to support the continued pace of innovation and future growth through scalable technology solutions.
This role will be responsible for building mission-critical integrations between source data, financial SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications within complex, distributed environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions using Java and Spring BootBuild and support RESTful microservices and event-driven integrations leveraging messaging technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical requirementsEnsure best practices in code quality, testing, automation, and system performanceMentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural and design decisionsSupport DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and containerized deploymentsImplement and maintain logging, monitoring, and observability solutions to ensure system reliabilityQualifications7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep expertise in system design and enterprise application architectureStrong proficiency in Java (required)Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful microservices architecturesHands-on experience with AWS (required), including LambdaStrong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized deployments (required)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD preferred) and infrastructure as code tools such as TerraformFamiliarity with messaging technologies (e.G., Kafka, SQS)Experience with test automation (unit, integration, regression, and load testing)Working knowledge of relational databasesExperience with logging and monitoring tools such as New Relic and SplunkDomain experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Outbound Transportation is highly preferredAbout ConfizConfiz is a global technology services company with a team of highly skilled professionals working on innovative enterprise projects and products.
