TITLE - Full Stack Java Developer

Loction- Remote

Required Experience

Minimum of 7 years in Java development and 3 years of fullstack experience.

Experience in JAVA application development, web application, batch applications and support is required.

Experience with Oracle DB query development (including Hibernate in Spring Framework).

Experience with AWS experiences in development, deployment, and DevOps in clouds.

Experience with test automation in unit tests, functional tests, regression tests and performance tests

Experience with implementing in Playwright and CICD with Jenkins

Experience with Version One and Agile development.

Required Technical Skills

Must be expert in java, especially J2EE, and Spring Framework.

Must be expert in RESTFul API development

Must be expert in web page development, including Struts, JSP, HTML, JQUERY, CSS, JSON etc.

Must be experienced with Kubernates, micro-services, event-driven application with Kafka.

Must be expert in AWS, including EC2, ECS, SQS, ElastiCache, DynamoDB, event streaming, etc.

Knowledge of best practices in Version Controls (especially GIT).

Understanding of new technologies in order to assist with migration.

Advanced AI Tooling experience, specifically Github Copilot.

Required Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially for collaborating on mainframe integration with Java developers and migration planning.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

General :
The minimum requirements for each labor category are identified below. The reserves the right to request resumes and certifications of any resource to validate the qualifications, skills and experience for the labor category. Labor Categories levels are further defined as Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, and Level V based on years of relevant experience, education, and duties/responsibilities as follows:

LEVEL I

0-2 years of relevant experience

A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required.

An Entry Level employee is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions. Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific basis. LEVEL II

A minimum of 3-7 years' relevant experience.

A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required.

An Associate employee is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions. Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific basis.

LEVEL II

A minimum of 3-7 years' relevant experience.

A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required.

An Associate employee is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.

Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific basis.

LEVEL III
A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years' relevant experience.
A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the
individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is
required.
Typically performs all functional duties independently.
Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a
case-specific basis.


LEVEL IV
A minimum of thirteen (13) to twenty (20) years' relevant experience.
A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four
additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual's
degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required.
Works on high-visibility, or mission critical aspects of a given program, and performs all functional
duties independently.
Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff
assigned to a specific job.
Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a
case-specific basis.


Level V
Over Twenty (20) years' of relevant experience.
An individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly
specialized or unique. and are typically identified as recognized
industry leaders: and typically initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's
inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex
programs. and also provides strategic and expert advice and technical guidance, to program and
project staff.
This individual also provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements,
optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts
for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues and consults with client to define needs or
challenges. while also supervising studies: leading surveys
and performing data collection for analyses used to advise and recommend/suggest solutions.
A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. Four
additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual's
degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required.
