Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sitefinity Developer to join our digital engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sitefinity CMS development,. NET technologies, web application development, and cloud fundamentals. You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-grade websites and digital experiences built on the Sitefinity platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications using Sitefinity CMS.
Build and enhance Sitefinity widgets, templates, modules, and custom components.
Develop scalable and secure applications using C# and. NET technologies.
Implement front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Razor views.
Integrate Sitefinity with third-party systems using REST APIs and JSON-based services.
Troubleshoot performance, security, and functionality issues across environments.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, business stakeholders, and development teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Support deployment activities and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage source code repositories using Git and adhere to branching strategies.
Optimize website performance, caching, and security.
Assist with infrastructure-related activities in AWS environments, particularly EC2-based deployments.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong experience with Sitefinity CMS development.
Proficiency in C# and. NET Framework/. NET technologies.
Experience with ASP. NET MVC and/or ASP. NET Core.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and responsive web development.
Experience with Razor view engine and MVC architecture.
Working knowledge of SQL Server including querying and troubleshooting.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON data.
Familiarity with Git version control systems.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management.
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, caching, application performance tuning, and web security principles.
Understanding of Git Hub branching strategies such as Git Flow and feature branching.
Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services, especially EC2.
Web Development Fundamentals
Application security best practices and OWASP concepts.
Performance optimization techniques.
Browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
API integration and troubleshooting.

Sitefinity Administration & Content Management
Experience working as a Sitefinity Administrator or Content Editor.
Content authoring and publishing workflows.
Page, template, and widget configuration.
Media and document library management.
SEO fundamentals including metadata, URL structure, redirects, and sitemap management.
Workflow approvals, content versioning, and scheduled publishing.
User, role, and permission management within Sitefinity.
