What you’ll actually work on
You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CTO and the engineering team, with real ownership over what you ship:
- Full-stack feature work across our multiple Web Applications — Python back-end through to React/JavaScript front-end
- Working close to the AI layer that powers the product — agents, automation, machine learning, and the latest models
- New modules in our Mobile App (iOS & Android)
- Modern cloud architecture done right
- Automated testing infrastructure with Playwright
Modern stack, no legacy baggage, no busywork. You build it, you own it.
What we’re looking for
- 3–6 years building web applications in Django-React (or a similar framework) and/or Mobile Applications in React Native
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent (Bachelor’s or above)
- English at B2 or higher
The deal
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Full AI tooling + tech stack to work efficiently (Claude, Github copilot)
- Set-up: mainly remote, 1-2 days/month on-site in our Milan office (Porta Romana)
- €35-65k OTE + food stamps (range is adjusted based on the candidate seniority)
