- Lead and mentor development teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies<\/span>
<\/li> - Design and build scalable, secure, and high -performance solutions on Azure<\/span>
<\/li> - Define and validate enterprise and cloud -based architectures<\/span>
<\/li> - Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and system integrations<\/span>
<\/li> - Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, technical design, and planning<\/span>
<\/li> - Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability<\/span>
<\/li> - Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) when required<\/span>
<\/li> - Contribute to technical decision -making and continuous improvement initiatives<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Required Technical Skills:<\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Programming & Development<\/span>
<\/li> - Backend experience with JavaScript, Go, or Python<\/span>
<\/li> - Frontend knowledge in React.js, HTML, CSS<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience building and consuming REST APIs<\/span>
<\/li> - Databases<\/span>
<\/li> - Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL<\/span>
<\/li> - NoSQL databases: Cosmos DB, MongoDB<\/span>
<\/li> - Cloud & DevOps<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong experience with Microsoft Azure<\/span>
<\/li> - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/span>Leadership & Professional Skills:<\/span><\/b>
