Position: Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: Available to candidates located in Poland
We invite an experienced Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to ASF team. You will work in a cross-functional team that develops reliable and scalable solutions using Aras Innovator infrastructure to meet the business requirements and needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Participating in 3-month rough planning and defining iteration (sprint) goals
Engaging in research and prototyping
Working closely with product architects to refine technical solutions
Applying best design and coding practices to create high-quality components
Developing solutions and ensuring iteration goals are met
Writing automated tests to ensure code quality
Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards
Continuously improving team processes
Promoting knowledge sharing across the team and beyond

Key Competencies:

Technical Skills:
Development Knowledge: .Net, C#, JS, TS, SQL
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Performance optimization and analytics skills
Software development process knowledge (Estimation, Development Flow)

AI-Assisted Development

LLM Fundamentals (Understanding model types, capabilities, limitations, and selecting the right

Soft Skills:
