What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience is highly valued.
