In this role you will design and maintain developer tools that empower customers to transform Infineon products into cutting‑edge designs. You will work within the Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team to drive tool usability and success, collaborating across teams to resolve issues and advance our engineering tools. You’ll build Eclipse IDE plugins and VS Code/Theia extensions, and contribute to build infra and CI/CD pipelines. • Design, develop, and maintain Eclipse IDE plugins (Java) and VS Code/Theia extensions (TypeScript and Rust)

Responsabilità

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field
• Experience as Software Engineer, ideally designing and maintaining developer tools (Eclipse/VS Code/Theia extensions) using TypeScript, Rust, and Java
• Experience in Java, TypeScript, Rust, and object‑oriented programming
• Knowledge of software design and architectural patterns; familiarity with version control (Git) and code management (Bitbucket/GitLab)
