Job Summary
Client is seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer - .NET Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET technologies, modern front-end frameworks, Azure cloud services, and Agile development methodologies. Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
16+ years of software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Strong experience leading complex enterprise application development projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Mortgage industry experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Own and support one or more business-critical applications.
Collaborate with Business Systems Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical design reviews.
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using industry best practices.
Create technical documentation and follow software configuration and quality management processes.
Perform unit testing, performance tuning, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Support production environments and participate in high-severity issue resolution.
Design and develop complex software systems independently.
Lead Agile ceremonies and mentor development teams.
