You'll contribute to architecture decisions, mentor team members, and translate user needs into scalable, high‐quality systems.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to define technical requirementsDesign and develop software components across multiple systemsReview code and specifications to ensure quality and maintainabilityResolve complex bugs and performance issuesApply best practices in coding, testing, and development processesWork in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environmentsStay current with emerging technologies and toolsSupport and mentor junior developersDesign and manage data models for scalable applicationsRequirements7+ years of experience in software development or related fieldsBased in Mexico City or willing to commute 2 days per week to our Reforma office.Practical experience or education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalentProficiency in NodeJS, React & AWSFamiliarity with data modeling and optimization techniquesExperience with test‐driven development and modern development toolsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse teams and external partnersWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
