• System Architecture: Lead the design and scaling of microservices within a complex, high‑traffic in‑house ecosystem.
• Full‑Stack Delivery: Build and maintain resilient web applications using React (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend) on AWS.
• AI Integration: Champion the use of Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to optimize code quality and explore AI‑driven features for business users.
• Engineering Excellence: Drive high standards through code reviews, performance tuning, and the implementation of robust security protocols.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and regional teams (Hong Kong & India) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Full‑Stack Specialist: 5+ years of experience for Senior level; 3+ years for Software Engineer level (React & Node.js).
• Cloud Navigator: Experience with AWS environments, including serverless architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Data Strategist: Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MariaDB.
• AI‑Forward Developer: A proactive mindset toward using AI‑assisted tools to improve productivity and software reliability.
• Communicator: Exceptional communication skills; comfortable navigating a regional, multi‑cultural stakeholder environment.
