Software Engineer Php + Javascript And React (Guadalajara)
Responsibilities
Design and architect robust frontend systems, selecting appropriate libraries and technologies to meet both current and future needs.
Ensure systems are scalable and can handle expected user loads with consistent performance.
Write clean, testable, efficient, and well-documented code across the full software development lifecycle.
Deploy programs and monitor their performance to ensure user needs are met.
Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to clarify objectives, define customer problems, and develop scalable solutions.
Work with UX designers to ensure the implementation of responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Break down tasks, estimate timelines, and ensure that project deliverables are met on schedule.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and efficiency.
Continuously improve technical implementations and advocate for best practices within the team.
Engage in continuous learning and skill development to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Mentor junior software engineers, helping to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Experience
Solid understanding of Protocols, RESTful services, and the fundamentals of how the web works.
Advanced proficiency in both PHP and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Node.js and server-side rendering, including frameworks like Next.js.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to enhance platform features, test functionalities, and promote the adoption of platform innovations.
A passion for web technology with a commitment to staying informed about the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web client architecture.
Experience in Agile development environments, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Basic understanding of design patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using React and Typescript.
Proficiency in English at a B2 or C1 level.
Experience with database management, specifically PostgreSQL.
