Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with 6–9 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native solutions, and scalable web architectures.
This role requires advanced experience with PHP, Type Script, Node.js, Next.js, Nest JS, React, AWS, Laravel, and Word Press. The candidate will play a key role in designing technical solutions, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality applications in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance full-stack applications.
Lead the architecture and implementation of modern web platforms and backend services.
Develop responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js.
Build robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Nest JS, PHP, and Laravel.
Lead Word Press development initiatives including custom themes, plugins, and integrations.
Collaborate with Product, QA, Dev Ops, and Design teams to deliver business solutions.
Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Optimize applications for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Contribute to AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
6–9 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel development.
Advanced experience with Type Script and Node.js.
Hands‑on experience with Next.js and Nest JS frameworks.
Strong frontend development experience using React.
Extensive experience developing and maintaining Word Press websites, themes, and plugins.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Front, ECS, or similar.
Experience designing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Experience working with relational databases such as My SQL or Postgre SQL.
Familiarity with Docker, containerized environments, and deployment pipelines.
Experience implementing CI/CD processes and Dev Ops best practices.
Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with serverless architectures and event‑driven systems.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
Experience working in large‑scale or high‑availability production environments.
Knowledge of web accessibility and frontend optimization best practices.
Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineering teams.
