WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Developing, and maintaining high quality, scalable applications.
This includes writing well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code.
Devise new, innovative ways of development for both cloud platforms and web applications.
This role goes beyond just coding. You will be making an immediate impact on the design, development and overall direction of our products.
We’ll leverage you to explore emerging technologies and techniques to make recommendations on how we could use them to advance goals.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
University / Diploma Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering or related fields.
Experience with one or more of the following program languages: Golang, Ruby, JavaScript (React.js, Node.js).
More experienced engineers will be considered for the Senior Software Engineer position. At least 2 years software development experience.
Willingness to take ownership of tasks and features assigned.
Able to figure out what should be done and get it done. (this requires thoughtfulness with a bias towards taking action and assuming responsibility).
Experience in database management such as MongoDB/Redis.
Agile development and SCRUM experience is a plus.
Life long learner and quick learner to new technologies.
Good TO HAVE:
Experience working for a fast-paced startup.
Knowledge on building or maintaining e-commerce platforms.
