Duration: 6+ Months Contract (High possibility of extension)
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Range: $70 - $80 per hour
Job Summary:
This role involves developing AI-powered tools to support the creation and evaluation of agent skills and prompts. You will build user-friendly interfaces and infrastructure that empower both technical and non-technical users to improve AI effectiveness and safety. The position requires a strong focus on user-centered design and seamless integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create tools for evaluating agent skills, prompts, and model outputs.
- Develop a system to guide users in crafting effective and compliant agent skills.
- Transform LLM directives into a comprehensive suite of actionable skills.
- Move an AI-powered support tool for UX writers into a production environment.
- Design user-centered processes with built-in support and validation.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Python Programming
- Experience with authoring and testing agent skills.
- Experience in developing tools and processes with a user-centered mindset, particularly for non-technical individuals.
