SKILLS REQUIRED

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using Python and AWS services including Lambda, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, and Amazon Connect .
• Build scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions by integrating LLMs, APIs , and enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain large-scale distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement REST APIs , serverless architectures, and cloud-based microservices while following AWS best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Create technical designs, solution architecture, and reusable engineering components while leveraging Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket , and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive innovation across global contact center platforms by applying GenAI, AWS cloud technologies , and modern software engineering best practices.
