Senior Software Engineer (Python & Java, AI Exposure)
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining JAVA/Python-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet client needs.
Your Impact
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Java
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Work on data-driven systems, ensuring efficient data handling, transformation, and storage using SQL and related technologies
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
- Support integration of AI-driven features and tools into backend systems where applicable
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in JAVA or Python development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Java development (must-have)
- Proven experience building backend systems, APIs, and microservices in production environments
- Solid understanding of SQL and database design (relational and/or NoSQL)
- Experience with system design principles, scalability, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern development practices
- Understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, version control)
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, or integrations (LLMs, APIs, or automation tools)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
