Experience building customer‐facing products with a strong UX and quality mindset.
Ability to work with loosely defined requirements, collaborate cross‐functionally, and drive technical initiatives forward.
Motivation to keep growing as a software engineer and to share knowledge with the team.
Strong mentoring mindset and passion for learning.
Technical requirements 7+ years of experience as a professional software engineer.
Strong, proven knowledge of Python or another backend language.
Experience with React JS and/or React Native Good understanding of relational databases and schema design.
A strong commitment to automated testing, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Nice to have Experience with Django or other Python‐based frameworks.
Interest or experience in React Native.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
Soft skills A true team player.
Very detail‐oriented when it comes to design and user experience.
Comfortable working with agile methodologies.
Analytical thinker who enjoys tackling new challenges.
Fluent in English (international team).
