About the roleWe are pioneering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that transform how large, complex datasets are consumed, interpreted, and utilized. Our Back-End team is designing and building intelligent systems that power our platform. You\'ll work on exciting problems in computational expression generation all the way to data modeling, and you\'ll have a lot of autonomy to make key decisions. We\'re looking for engineers who are product-minded and can think creatively to solve core problems.
What we\'re looking for- Minimum of 7 + years of production experience, preferably in a complex SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex backend systems, ideally with Python.
- Existing comfort deeply integrating AI tools into your workflows (Cursor, Windsurf, etc).
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
- Excellent technical communication skills, especially in a remote, async-first environment.
- A pragmatic approach to engineering; you value iteration, code quality, testing, and thoughtful system design.
- Comfort with ambiguity, operating effectively with minimal guidance.
- Fluency with AI tools and coding assistants; we need engineers who have integrated them into their workflows.
