As a Sr. Software Engineer in Clinical OPS Services, you will drive development, enhancement, and maintenance of several business-critical applications. You will partner with product management, QA, DevOps, BA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that address evolving business needs. You’ll ensure stability, performance, and ongoing evolution of the application landscape, enabling the organization to achieve its strategic and operational goals. You will work on incremental changes across multiple apps, translate business goals into technical tasks, and contribute to engineering best practices and release readiness.

• Support the Engineering Manager and delivery leads in implementing incremental changes across multiple applications and projects
• Design, develop, and enhance components using Java, Python, and AWS to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• Analyze existing systems to uncover dependencies, constraints, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with BAs, SQA, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure testability
• Maintain code health by addressing technical debt, refactoring, and performance optimization
• Monitor application performance, stability, and code quality to identify and implement enhancements
